The rules governing the use of Career Web services.
By accessing our website or using our software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Career Web and its licensors. Once a project is fully paid for, ownership of the source code is transferred to the client as per the specific contract agreement.
For all projects, a deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover. All pricing is clearly communicated upfront.
In no event shall Career Web, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
